What's the difference between a membership and the Campaign Pass?

What does unlimited downloads of stock clips mean?

Download as many stock clips as you need from our library. We do have a cap of 40 downloads per day, which protects the platform from abuse and sits well above a normal day's work. Re-downloading a clip you've already licensed doesn't count against it.

Will my price go up on January 1, 2027?

Not if you're already subscribed — joining now locks in launch pricing for as long as your membership stays active. Prices for new subscriptions increase on January 1, 2027.

Can I add my team?

On a membership, yes — up to 5 people at $19/mo each each. Every seat is one named person, so everyone gets their own login. The Campaign Pass is single-seat only.

Can I upgrade from a Campaign Pass to a membership?

Yes, and you'll get credit toward your first membership payment. Just upgrade while your pass is still active — once it expires, so does the credit.

What are AI tokens?

Tokens are how you use Packsia's AI tools. Every plan comes with an included token allowance, but you can purchase more if you need them! P.S. Members get 10% off additional token packs, just sayin.

Do unused tokens roll over?

Tokens included with your plan refresh at the start of each billing cycle, so use them while they're hot. Any tokens you purchase separately are yours forever — they never expire and carry over month to month.

Each team member gets their own seat with their own login. Seats share this account's library access, brand guidelines, products, and AI token pool, so your whole team can browse, download, and generate without separate subscriptions.

Is my team's activity private?

Your saved videos, moodboards, generations, and downloads are private to you — nobody on the team can see anyone else's workspace by default. Brand guidelines and products are shared by all team members.

How much do you pay creators?

We allocate 50% of our net revenue into a creator royalty pool each month and split it across creators based on their share of that month's download activity. Revenue changes month to month, so there's no fixed per-download rate, but the 50% share is one of the highest in the stock industry.

How do you judge the packs submitted to you?

Packsia is a highly curated library. Our team reviews every pack on four things: brand-friendly (usable by brands across a range of industries), originality (100% your own footage, no stock elements), creativity (a strong point of view and visual aesthetic), and technical quality (correctly sized, sharp, and stable).

Three kinds. Mobile videos — filmed on mobile devices by expert content creators, designed to drive community and online engagement. Pro videos — filmed on professional cameras by art directors and videographers for branded content and advertising. And animated videos — digitally created by world-class animators to wow your audience with jaw-dropping scenes and textures.

How do royalties work?

Each month we set aside 50% of net revenue as the creator royalty pool. Your share is based on your downloads that month, divided by everyone's. Downloads of your original clips and downloads of AI edits made from them count equally.
