You own the copyright.
Your work is always yours. You grant Packsia an exclusive license to host, distribute, and use it with our AI tools — we never take ownership.
Your work is cleared and ready.
You agree that everything you submit is your own original footage, cleared for commercial use. This is what allows brands to license with confidence.
Exclusive while you're with us.
Clips you put on Packsia live on Packsia — not on other stock or AI platforms during your agreement term. It's what keeps our library genuinely curated.
You'll be paid based on your monthly downloads.
Each month we set aside 50% of net revenue as the creator royalty pool. Your share is based on your downloads that month, divided by everyone's.
