Packsia is committed to making our platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control. We believe great creative tools should be available to everyone.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review key user flows — signing up, searching the library, downloading videos, purchasing plans, and using the AI Studio — against these guidelines as the platform evolves.

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labeling so pages, forms, buttons, and dialogs are announced correctly by screen readers.
• Full keyboard support for core flows, including visible focus states, Escape-to-close dialogs, and focus management in modals and menus.
• Text alternatives for visual content, including screen-reader descriptions of video clips derived from their curated metadata.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and error messages that are announced when they appear.
• Color choices checked for sufficient contrast, with state never conveyed by color alone.

• Video previews autoplay on hover in some views. We are working toward honoring the reduced-motion preference across all autoplaying media.
• Some advanced controls, such as the visual color picker in search, are pointer-oriented; equivalent functionality is available through text input (for example, entering a hex code).
• Checkout and billing management are provided by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages, whose accessibility is governed by Stripe.
